We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused and in original condition.
• Original packaging must be included.
• Items must not show signs of wear or damage caused after delivery.

Because many of our products are made to order or shipped directly from our fulfillment partners, the following are not eligible for return:

• Personalized items
• Final sale items
• Gift cards
• Used or damaged products

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds are issued after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
